Dessert is the perfect complement to a Chez Nous dinner. Chef Fabrice delights both in delivering classic French endings such as Tarte Tatin and Crème Brulée, while also tempting diners with creations featuring fruit and chocolate. House-made ice creams made in seasonal flavors are also featured. Cheese is a classic way to end a French meal; we feature local interpretations of some of France’s classic cheeses, traditionally served with Port.
Don’t overlook our dessert wines, characterized by rich flavors which deepen with time. (Our Rivesaltes dates from 1985, in addition to 10-year and 20-year old Ports.) Other after-dinner drinks (“digestifs” in French) such as Cognac, Armagnac, apple-based Calvados, or single malt Scotch are elegant choices to conclude your dinner.
